Ginny brings solid administrative management skills to The Aldridge Group, providing support to our clients and internal consultants. As the Assessment Manager she participates in new product automation and delivery, manages testing, and works with different teams in data projects. Ginny directs TAG’s Client Portal, assisting a variety of business leaders with our online systems, and is also the point person for TAG’s 360 service offerings.
Customer skills were honed throughout Ginny’s work history as an administrative manager for the General Electric Co.; freelancer in telecommunications training / voicemail design, and test administrator for PearsonVUE.
Ginny has a Bachelor of Arts degree from John Carroll University, Cleveland Ohio.
