Mike started his career as a Tests and Measurement Specialist with the City of New York, developing assessments for selection and promotion of NYC civil servants. Shortly after starting with NYC, Mike was promoted to Deputy Director for Exam Development where he had the opportunity to supervise a team of Tests and Measurement Specialists. Through this role Mike was closely connected to the development of hundreds of assessments ranging from entry level to leadership roles across a wide breadth of fields. Mike continues to enjoy collaborating with team members to deliver fully realized talent solutions that are based on best practice and sound science.

Mike attended Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT where he completed his B.S. in Psychology and his Master of Science in Applied Psychology with concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, and staying active.
