Blending her experiences as a licensed psychologist and manager in a Fortune 500 financial operations center, Sherry has a rich understanding of enhancing the work of people in organizations while maintaining a focus on the bottom line. Her passion is the application of established and tested theory to real-world situations, all aimed at improving individual, team and organization performance. She has over two decades of combined experience in global consulting, direct management, teaching at the university level and research into establishing behavioral change.
Sherry has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Masters of Science in Management as well as Social Work, along with her doctorate in Psychology earned at the University of Miami. A two year post-doctoral fellowship at the Medical College of Virginia has strengthened the scientific foundation for her results oriented approach. In volunteer roles, she has educated on behavior change within the federal and state prisons in Virginia, been an active member of her alma mater’s ethics institute, and served as a director on her neighborhood’s homeowners association. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She and her husband are raising their two girls in Jacksonville, Florida.
