Tom has worked closely with leaders for over 20 years in high-performing organizations including TIAA, Bank of America and Home Depot. In each of these companies, he designed and implemented enterprise talent management strategies to identify, assess and develop leaders. He has partnered closely with leaders in a variety of organizations including large scale retail, B2C and B2B financial services, technology and operations and marketing. Throughout Tom’s career he has coached executives and leaders at all levels to achieve higher levels of success.

Tom earned his Master's degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology at Clemson University, holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, and certified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation.

He lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and two children. On the weekends, Tom can be found spending time with his family, riding his bike, hiking, or supporting his favorite sports teams.
