Ms. Brondel has been offering a practical, proactive perspective to corporate talent assessment and career counseling for more than 20 years. She is a qualified practitioner and licensed administrator of several standardized personality, interest and group dynamic assessments and uses her expertise to assist clients in identifying candidates for hire and leadership promotion. Chris also brings practical sales management and executive coaching experience to her role.
Chris is passionate about helping individuals develop deeper levels of personal awareness and success through constructive feedback while aligning personal and organizational preferences. She works with clients to assess current leadership efforts and identify areas for continued growth; she provides practical insights that target behavioral skill sets toward desired results.
Chris holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling and Human Services, with a focus on career development and industrial application of assessment results. She has been designated as a Certified Talent Consultant for her work in strategic talent management using the 16PF personality instrument. Chris is currently a member of the American Counseling Association as well as the Society of Consulting Psychology.
Since becoming “empty nesters”, Chris and her husband enjoy travel/hiking throughout the world. Additionally, Chris spends time rowing in the summer months, having competed in local and regional regattas as well as the Head of the Charles.
