As a licensed psychologist specializing in organizational development, Scott has more than 10 years’ experience improving work environments, employee performance, and business relationships. He is able to quickly and accurately assess an organization’s workforce challenges and create cost-effective solutions that are linked to strategic objectives. He has assisted small to large organizations around the world in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Change Management, Team Development, and Cultural Integration.

His services include individual psychological assessment for selection and development, coaching with all levels of managers, and group process facilitation. He also conducts assessments on teams as well as entire organizations. In addition, he designs and delivers behaviorally-based training programs, customized to meet specific client needs.

Scott received his master’s and doctoral degrees in Psychology from Virginia Tech. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Society of Consulting Psychology, South Carolina Psychological Association and various other OD groups. He is licensed in multiple states and makes his home in Charleston, SC.
