Her passion stems from her broad background in leadership, operations management, project oversight, human resources, and architecting learning and development solutions with an eye toward the bottom line. She has 20+ years in corporate positions, including VP of Global Project Management and Operations Director of small to mid-sized businesses, and as Organization & Leadership Development Analyst with Lockheed Martin.

Leveraging a blend of professional expertise in business, emotional and social intelligence, and coaching, Tricia works with clients to sharpen their focus, set their direction, and take action. By asking thought-provoking questions and leveraging her practical, real-world experience, she is a “thought partner” to help clients gain clarity, adjust thinking, and develop effective strategies to create positive and measurable movement in their professional lives, their organizations, and their teams.

Tricia is an ICF credentialed Professional Certified Coach, Executive Coach, and Professional Path Coach. She is experienced in training, coaching, and administering Emotional Intelligence Assessments (EI360). She is DDI Certified as a Leadership Development Facilitator, Meyers Briggs (MBTI) Certified Practitioner, Workplace Diversity / Cultural Awareness Facilitator, SDI Qualified, and Path Element Profile (PEP) Assessments.
