Allison Brenner brings over 25 years of experience collaborating with clients looking to reach peak performance and develop the competencies needed to grow into future roles. As a coach, Allison aims to create an environment that elicits creative, powerful, and courageous thinking where clients find clarity, take charge, and achieve their goals. She is skilled in a variety of leadership techniques, communication modalities, team building, conflict resolution, and emotional/social/relationship intelligence competencies. She uses many coaching tools to support clients toward enhanced development and helps them recognize blind spots, find new perspectives, overcome obstacles, and work towards their identified measures of success.

Allison has been a Certified Co-Active Coach since 2009 with coaching certifications from Coaches Training Institute, the International Coach Federation (PCC), and Team Coaching International, as well as a number of other assessment certifications. Allison holds a BA and MA in Psychology. She has worked in both private and public sectors and is a pro bono coach for StandBesideThem.org, an organization created to support America’s veterans and their spouses/caregivers for success at home, at work, and in the community.

Allison has lived in NY, VA, and CA and has enjoyed calling Texas home for the last 13 years. She loves gluten-free sourdough baking, making blankets for Project Linus, travel, and most activities related to being at and on the water. Allison is married with three adult children (one serving in the Navy) and their precious soft-coated wheaten terrier, Boon.
