Carrie’s primary role is to help identify the most appropriate assessment tools and processes best suited for a client’s specific hiring or developmental needs. She specializes in job analysis, assessment resource identification, training and testing support for corporations. In addition, Carrie welcomes a challenge and enjoys customizing tools and processes for clients’ unique hiring needs.
Carrie has worked as a business consultant for ten years and has rich experience in testing and consultation. Carrie began her career as a school psychologist; her ability to confer with students, parents, teachers, and administrators was a key strength in helping create appropriate instructional and developmental initiatives for students. She has now transferred these skills into her consulting role with The Aldridge Group. In her consulting role, she works closely with business leaders and HR executives to help identify what tools and services would best meet their needs.
Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Ashland University and a Masters degree in Education from John Carroll University. She is a certified 16PF practitioner. Carrie enjoys playing tennis, playing the piano, and spending time with her family and friends.
