Casey has spent the last 20 years growing businesses by helping individuals and teams accelerate performance. Before joining The Aldridge Group, Casey worked for a global manufacturer of fluid and gas components. Starting his career in a commercial role, Casey gained early success through his ability to quickly read people and situations, a skill set that ultimately led him to more senior roles where his focus shifted towards talent development.

Casey has served in both an executive capacity as well as in client-facing engagements. He has been able to work with clients spanning various markets including manufacturing, power generation, military, biopharmaceutical and semiconductor. He has served as a board member for both professional and nonprofit organizations.

Casey holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from the University of Missouri. He is certified in 16PF and Kolbe and is a member of SHRM. Residing in Colorado, Casey is married, has two daughters and spends most of his time outdoors or in the water.
