Chris Bamford’s career spans over 30 years in both leadership and consulting roles. As a top HR executive and as a General Manager of an international business unit, his functional management expertise provides him with a unique perspective and broad experience his clients value. His extensive experience conducting executive assessments helps him provide clear and meaningful feedback to his clients. He specializes in coaching executives and aspiring leaders looking to gain a deeper understanding about themselves in order to be better prepared for future challenges.
Chris earned his Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron and his B.S. in Psychology from the Clarion University of Pennsylvania. He has trained at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and is an ICF trained coach from Duquesne University.
