Ms. Brondel has been offering a practical, proactive perspective to corporate talent assessment and career counseling for more than 25 years. She is a qualified practitioner and licensed administrator of several standardized personality, interest and group dynamic assessments and uses her expertise to identify candidates for hire and leadership promotion. Chris also brings manufacturing sales management and executive coaching experience to her role. She now focuses her efforts on building TAG’s coaching business through talent identification and recruitment.
Chris holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling and Human Services, with a focus on career development and industrial application of assessment results. She has been designated as a Certified Talent Consultant for her work in strategic talent management using the 16PF personality instrument.
Chris and her husband enjoy traveling and hiking throughout the world, including summers in Muskoka and the Adirondacks. She also loves spending time with their 3 grandchildren.
