Cindy has coached leaders from a wide variety of industries, from Fortune 500 to small businesses and non-profits, to be their best. Her expertise spans communication, executive presence, leadership style, interpersonal relationships, decision making, productivity, delegation, building effective teams, and self-management.

Cindy’s collaborative process helps her clients to become more self-aware, identify behaviors that are roadblocks to their goals, learn new tools, strategies, and habits to help them maximize their potential. It is within this process of making the invisible visible that Cindy collaborates with leaders to help them create the changes they desire. Through ongoing work, Cindy creates a confidential space for leaders to gain insights about themselves, their team and their organizations, helping them learn and experiment with new behaviors and habits to be at the top of their game, advance to the next level and have greater success.

Cindy earned her B.S. Business Administration and B.A. Inter-American Studies from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) thru the International Coach Federation. She is an avid learner who continues to keep her “saw sharp” with ongoing training and reading so she can challenge her thinking and personal growth as a coach.

Cindy lives in the Chicago area and is figuring out how to be an empty nester. She enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family hiking, kayaking, or kicking back with some food and wine. When things are quiet, you can find Cindy curled up with a good book.
