Diane brings with her a rich history of helping individuals, teams and organizations perform at their best. She draws on reliable, valid and well-researched tools to help leaders select, train and develop high performing team members. At the same time, she creatively tailors proven approaches to meet the unique needs of her clients. Through a systematic process of discovery and listening, she builds solutions and relationships that lead to long term results.

Her experience spans both external and internal consulting across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, healthcare, financial services, transportation, government and non-profits. Most recently, Diane has been engaged with individual assessment, executive coaching and organizational development initiatives. A prior role includes leading a world class training and development center for a construction labor management company, where she specialized in creating innovative sales and leadership development programs. She has also been involved in developing and administering legally defensible civil service examinations for several large U.S. cities.

A life-long resident of Northeast Ohio, Diane and her family are avid campers and enjoy Ohio summers on the Mohican River. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University and her PhD from The University of Akron in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is a member of The Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology, The Association for Talent Development and the Cleveland chapter of the International Coaching Federation.
