Erica has over 20 years of organization development, leadership development facilitation and leadership coaching experience with clients in diverse industries. She has coached all levels of the workforce, from senior executives to individual contributors and has created leadership development programs and experiences for teams and groups across diverse industries. She has a proven record of helping clients become better communicators and achieve a greater sense of purpose and balance in their lives. Erica’s style is direct and practical. Her clients appreciate her willingness to give honest feedback and to support them in cultivating new behaviors and habits toward their leadership and career goals. She is known for helping leaders expand their credibility and connection within their specific organizational contexts. Erica is also an experienced facilitator and interpreter of many individual, team, and organizational assessments.
Erica received a B.A. in Education and Cultural Anthropology from James Madison University and completed post-graduate work in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Development at JMU. Erica holds two graduate certificates in both Organization Development (2003) and Leadership Coaching (2008) from Georgetown University. She is a certified professional coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Erica lives in Annapolis, MD with her husband and their blended family of 7 children and 2 dogs. She is an avid runner and enjoys all things about living near the water in Annapolis.
