Georgia has an extensive history in the talent management, organizational development and assessment field helping organizations, teams and individuals thrive. Georgia’s background in leadership, internal and external consulting positioned her to work with a variety of organizations such as Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and those experiencing high-scale growth and change. She has worked across many industries including manufacturing, technology, retail, government, financial services, protective services, and aerospace. Georgia incorporates a process of discovery, assessment, and multiple data points to build solutions that drive talent strategy and create value. Broad in scope, these solutions encompass all facets of talent and organizational development including selection, learning, leadership development, performance management, engagement, change management and executive coaching.
She serves as a board member in education and volunteers locally to organizations centered on conservation. Georgia received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and her Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University. She is a member of The Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association, and the Organizational Development Network. She is certified in the 16PF, Hogan Assessments, Change Management and Executive Coaching.
Based in Chicago, Georgia and her husband enjoy time with family and activities related to science, nature, and music.
