Kate brings experience consulting with organizations to develop, validate, administer, and interpret assessments for both the selection and development of talent. She finds value in tailoring her approach based on the unique needs and culture of each individual organization. Additionally, Kate enjoys taking complex data and breaking it down into easy to implement, actionable steps for her clients and building a deeper relationship with those she serves.
Kate received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in organizational psychology from Southern Methodist University. She is a member of The Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
Kate is based in Dallas, Texas and outside of work, she enjoys running, yoga, spending time with her family and playing with her two Labradoodles, Ernie and Wrigley.
