She works with leadership at all levels on strategy and tough-to-tackle issues that are negatively impacting their businesses. She is results-driven, passionate, analytical, and focused on keeping people accountable and working at their full potential.
Lynn holds a master’s degree in social work with a focus on conflict and communication from Syracuse University, and has completed doctoral work in organizational development and adult education.
