Lynn has been an Executive and Professional Coaching serving business owners and C-suite and corporate professionals since 2006. Leveraging from her 20-year corporate and leadership experience, Lynn partners with clients to develop their leadership and communication styles while aligning with their integrity and vision.

With a specialty in effective communications, Lynn engages organizations through one on one and team coaching, training, and workshops. Topics include Understanding Communication Styles, Leading With Influence, The One Page Business PlanTM, Managing Crucial Conversations, and many others.

Lynn graduated from Coach University in 2008 and received the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) within the same year. In 2011, Lynn also received the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.

In addition to coaching, Lynn volunteers her time in numerous ways. Lynn is the Founder of Women for Change Coaching Community, a non-profit coaching organization for financially challenged women, and is past President of the Indiana Chapter of the International Coaching Federation. She has held various leadership board positions and served on the National Association of Women Business Owners board in Indianapolis, where she was named Member of the Year in 2011.

Lynn currently lives in Indianapolis with her husband Mark and makes time to travel, bike, read, and spend time with family and friends.
