Melanie combines several years of assessment, counseling, and occupational health psychology experience to identify the best talent for a variety of organizational needs. Melanie has always felt a passion for helping individuals to reach their goals, which has led her to explore psychology through the lenses of therapy, research, organizational development, and consulting. Melanie received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Union College, her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from University at Albany – New York, and her PhD in Counseling Psychology from Colorado State University.
