With over 20 years of experience, Michelle has a wealth of experience in the field of Learning & Talent Development. She specializes in coaching, helping to draw out people’s potential and inspire growth in organizations. Her background includes expertise in talent assessment, talent management, organizational development, change management, learning strategy, instructional design & delivery, analysis, and facilitation.
Michelle is known for success in working with people at all organizational levels and for building trust forming effective partnerships. Her passion lies in helping organizations and individuals realize their full potential. In all of her work, she leverages her extensive knowledge of talent development, organizational needs, and her understanding of systems and human.
Michelle has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and a Certificate in Organization Development from Cambridge College. She also holds a certificate in Human Performance Improvement (HPI) from ASTD (American Society for Training & Development). She is a graduate of the Partnership’s Fellows Program and UMASS Boston’s Center for Collaborative Leadership’s Emerging Leader’s program.
