As a consultant, Pam’s role includes conducting job analysis to support creating new tools, assisting in identifying the most appropriate assessment tools for selection and development needs, and to provide process and training knowledge to support HR executives and business leaders. She began her career as a school psychologist and has extensive experience in collaborative problem-solving, training/development, and using assessment instruments to assist in guiding relevant decision-making. Pam has always been passionate about helping others become the best version of themselves.
Pam holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, a Master of Science in School Psychology, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. She is 16PF Certified.
She currently resides in Virginia and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is especially fond of family game nights, exercising, fishing, and camping.
