Rob Mullins is passionate about empowering leaders and unlocking team potential to drive meaningful organizational success. His 25 years in operations leadership and senior leadership roles, gives him a unique edge in helping leaders see the bigger picture while fostering personal and team growth.

Rob’s coaching journey is influenced by his humble roots on an Ohio family farm, where he learned the values of hard work, resilience, and integrity. Now, as an Adjunct Professor of Operations Management at Wilmington College and President of the International Coaching Federation’s Columbus Chapter, he brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the clients he serves.

Certified in Everything DiSC and Positive Intelligence assessments and trained through the Rayner Institute, Rob combines practical insights with proven coaching methodologies. His clients benefit from his commitment to delivering transformative results, helping leaders at all levels develop self-awareness, strengthen team dynamics, and achieve lasting impact.

Rob holds a Pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University, an MBA from Ohio University and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University. When he’s not coaching, Rob enjoys spending time outdoors. He and his wife love to travel especially to visit their two children in college. Together, they also enjoy operating their family farm and giving back to the community through nonprofit work where they find inspiration and purpose.
