Sheryl has a 20 year track record helping organizations achieve bottom line results through effective talent management. Sheryl brings broad consulting experience both as an internal and external consultant, working with leading firms in retail, financial services, insurance, energy, manufacturing and technology. She has worked with large Fortune 500 clients and small privately held firms, and has experience engaging at all levels of the organization; from the board room to the shop floor. Sheryl also brings first-hand experience in a sales/operation role and more than 10 years’ experience leading teams.
Sheryl works with integrity, courage and strong business acumen. She has an affinity for ensuring organization’s leverage the data available to them in order to make strong people decisions including executive and employee assessments, sales competency modeling/assessment, employee engagement surveys, succession planning processes, project and change management programs, and executive coaching.
Sheryl has a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Psychology, as well as a doctorate with an emphasis in Organizational Psychology. She is a member of the Society of Consulting Psychology, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She has two sons and enjoys adventure travel and hiking.
