She has designed and facilitated university-level courses, developed self-paced leadership development programs, and mentored undergraduates in research and professional skill-building. Rosalyn received a bachelor's degree with a dual major in Psychology and Business Administration from University of Wisconsin - Green Bay, and a master's and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial- Organizational Psychology, with an emphasis in Occupational Health Psychology from Colorado State University. She is an active member of the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology. Rosalyn enjoys being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and cooking new foods.
