Tori has dedicated her career to partnering with organizations, teams, and individuals to identify and implement solutions tailored to their selection and development needs as an internal and external consultant. Her history as a consultant has allowed her to work within various industries, such as staffing, hospitality, restaurant, manufacturing, and healthcare, which has instilled an openness and adaptability to her operating style. She is experienced in utilizing reliable and valid personality assessments to provide both selection and development insights at an individual and team level. Combining her knowledge in creating, validating, and implementing assessments with her consulting experience, Tori provides evidence-based recommendations and solutions that take into consideration each client's unique culture.
Tori received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Oklahoma State University and her Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a member of The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Society for Human Resource Management.
Residing in Dallas, Tori enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, traveling, and being outside.
